How long does it take?

About 6 minutes. Think of a usual week; round numbers are fine.

Is it free?

Yes. No account is needed to see your results.

Is it based on science?

It uses public guidelines such as the WHO physical activity guidelines and the National Sleep Foundation sleep ranges, published research such as the Harvard Study of Adult Development and Gallup's life ladder, and Watt's own scoring, which the report marks as such.

Is it a medical test?

No. It is not a diagnosis. Your scores are estimates from your answers.
